Patrick then runs to SpongeBob to tell him what happened but forgot what he was supposed to tell him. After he's finished drawing DoodleBob, the drawing comes to life once more and starts to terrorize all of the ocean after grabbing the second pencil that fell. He starts to remember the details of what it is as he's drawing it. This game takes place after the events of "Frankendoodle" as evidenced when Patrick has a hard time remembering what not to draw. When the pencils hit the ground, Patrick doesn't run around screaming this time. The game begins the same way the episode does in which an artist at sea drops not one but two pencils into the sea where at the time Patrick is walking around. Returned to its original two-dimensional form, DoodleBob smiles and SpongeBob hangs the drawing in his living room. However, DoodleBob is foiled when SpongeBob notices the doodle's foot fusing to a sheet of paper and uses another within a book to entrap DoodleBob. He redraws himself, but clumsily loses his half of the pencil when he flings it. While DoodleBob does succeed in erasing half of SpongeBob, the sea sponge grabs the pencil and causes it to break. DoodleBob then declares its intention of taking SpongeBob's life for its own and pursues SpongeBob while erasing portions of his house. Climbing up the stairs, it reaches his bedroom and reclaims the pencil to redraw its body. In his fury, SpongeBob overlooks an arm that inches towards SpongeBob's house. However, SpongeBob manages to get a hold of the pencil and violently erases DoodleBob when the drawing runs into a rock during its attempt to flee. DoodleBob throws SpongeBob to the side and conks Patrick on the head with a rock. They come across DoodleBob babbling and brandishing the pencil in an empty field, likely in the midst of it trying to recreate something else. When the two approach, DoodleBob delays them with a pit trap and runs off again. SpongeBob and Patrick find DoodleBob in a poorly drawn sketch of SpongeBob's pineapple house.
The prank goes awry as Doodlebob swings Squidward around and then runs off with the pencil. After experimenting with drawings that come to life, such as a jellyfish and Patrick's crude rendition of Squidward, the two decide to play a prank on Squidward by having a crude doodle of SpongeBob knock on his door. SpongeBob examines the pencil and begins to doodle with it. His pencil lands near SpongeBob's house, causing SpongeBob and Patrick to panic. DoodleBob appeared in a fan made game called DoodleBob and The Magic Pencil. The episode starts off showing an artist at sea working on a new piece when he drops his pencil into the ocean.SpongeBob used this weakness to defeat him once and for all.ĭoodleBob had a low, irritated, and slightly angry voice and could only talk in gibberish and phrases like "Mehoy minoy!" DoodleBob was voiced by Paul Tibbitt, one of the writers and storyboard directors for Frankendoodle. If he touched paper, he's be stuck to it like glue. He could also easily throw SpongeBob into the air and throw a wrench onto Patrick's head. He could easily beat up Squidward by dunking him upside down. He still had some detail that made him look like SpongeBob, like eyelashes, his tie, and his shirt collar.ĭoodleBob could draw reasonably well, as he could draw a pineapple house similar to SpongeBob's, a bowling ball, and even draw himself back together. SpongeBob takes the opportunity to close the entire notebook on him, turning him into a regular drawing and adding a smile on his face.ĭoodleBob was a very basic and crude drawing, described by Patrick as "creepy" even after his defeat. He gets stuck to the paper because he's a drawing. DoodleBob gains the upper hand and is just about to finish SpongeBob off, but then he steps on a piece of lined paper from a notebook that got knocked off a shelf during the scuffle. However, SpongeBob notices and they engage in a heated battle of erasing and drawing back.
DoodleBob then draws the rest of his body again. The arm returns to SpongeBob's house and retakes the Magic Pencil while he's sleeping. Eventually, SpongeBob retakes the Magic Pencil and erases almost all of him except for his arm.
In the duo's attempts to get it back, DoodleBob finds more ways to harm them, such as drawing a hole beneath their feet, knocking Patrick out with a bowling ball and a wrench. He then attacks SpongeBob and Patrick and steals the Magic Pencil. DoodleBob was drawn by SpongeBob with the Magic Pencil for the "ultimate prank." However, DoodleBob beats up Squidward.
